I design resilient operational systems combining observability, automation, intelligent workflows, and agentic infrastructure to support real-world decision making at scale.
Systems over tools
Tools change. Systems thinking is durable. The goal is always to understand the underlying operational architecture — the flows, the constraints, the failure modes — not just the current implementation.
Observability is not optional
Any system that cannot be observed cannot be trusted in production. Instrumentation is not an afterthought. It is the foundation on which operational confidence is built.
Restraint is precision
The best systems do less, more reliably. Complexity is the enemy of reliability. Every additional component is a liability. Design for the minimum viable operational surface.
Ship then iterate
Production is the only real environment. Operational insight comes from running systems, not modeling them. Ship early, instrument carefully, iterate with evidence.
